Big news—our LitRPG Con volunteer application was approved!

We got the confirmation email today and immediately sent over the requested info. Background checks are in process, but everything seems smooth so far. We’re officially on the path to joining the adventure!

I’ve been stalking the event website like a dragon guarding its hoard—reviewing the author and narrator list more times than I care to admit. Poor Jeff… he has no idea what he’s getting into.  I’m already planning custom t-shirts for us to wear while we’re there!

Even more exciting: they sent out a vendor call! So naturally, I submitted two applications:

One for Black Swann Consulting (BSC) to showcase my small business marketing and content creation services.

And another for Martin’s Adventures—to share the book series, show how the real-world quests and badges work, and let people meet the dragon behind the magic.

After a lot of discussion (and at least one Tasty Bev), we’re leaning toward merging the two under one banner:

“Black Swann Consulting Presents: Martin’s Adventures.”

That way, we get to highlight both the creative product (Martin!) and the creative process (BSC!). Hopefully a win-win—and a whole lot of fun.
